Burnside Plantation
Situated along the Monocacy Creek in Bethlehem, PA, James Burnside’s property includes the 18th and 19th-century farmhouse and summer kitchen, a large garden, and two barns.
Luckenbach Mill & Colonial Industrial Quarter

Barn Swallow Farm is located in the beautiful Allen Township, PA. It is an incredible rustic farm wedding/reception/event venue set on a picturesque 12 acres planted seasonally with corn that reaches up to 12 feet at its summertime peak. American Club of Coplay
The American Club of Coplay Pavilion was built to host many parties, weddings, fundraising events and any other reason to celebrate. It comfortably fits 300+ guests and features an outdoor gazebo which is perfect for wedding ceremonies and photos. This venue is reasonably priced and includes large bathrooms, a full kitchen, and built in bar. Tables and chairs are included with the rental.
How to Choose a Venue That Works With Your Caterer
Once you have a shortlist, a few practical questions will tell you quickly whether a venue is a good match for off-premise catering:
1. Capacity and Layout
Check the seated capacity for dinner, not just the standing capacity. A room that holds 300 for a cocktail party may seat far fewer at round tables with a dance floor and a buffet line.
2. Kitchen and Prep Space
Some venues have a full kitchen, such as the American Club of Coplay, while barns and historic sites may have only a prep area. Ask what power, water and space the catering team will have.
3. What the Rental Includes
Tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware and glassware may or may not be included. Whatever the venue does not provide can usually be added through the catering package’s optional enhancements.
4. Alcohol Policy
