Choosing the Right Room for Your Event
Marianna’s has three spaces for private events, and the best choice depends mostly on your guest count and the feel you want.
The Banquet Center (up to 200 guests)
The Banquet Center is the largest room and the usual home for wedding receptions, milestone birthdays, anniversary parties, fundraisers and sports banquets. It seats up to 200 guests and has its own bar and restrooms, so your group has the space to itself for the length of the booking.
The Stockton Room (up to 50 guests)
The Stockton Room is a smaller private room that seats up to 50. It suits rehearsal dinners, showers, baptism and communion parties, retirement dinners and bereavement luncheons, where a big hall would feel empty. Like the Banquet Center, it has its own bar and restrooms.
The Outdoor Patio
In warm weather the outdoor patio is a relaxed setting for cocktail hours and casual gatherings. Parking is available in the lot in front of Marianna’s and along the side next to the patio, and the building has a ramp entrance for guests who need step-free access.

Menus Built Around Italian-American Favourites
Across the packages, the menus draw on the same dishes served in the restaurant: Chicken Parmigiana, Marsala, Piccata and Francese, eggplant rollatini, homemade meatballs, penne a la vodka, baked ziti and lasagna roll-ups, with desserts such as freshly filled cannoli, zeppole and triple chocolate brownies. The larger packages add butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, flatbreads, premium entrées such as veal, shrimp and flank steak, and cold displays of cheeses, vegetables and Italian meats.
Menus can accommodate common dietary needs. Vegetarian choices such as eggplant rollatini and penne primavera appear on most packages, and gluten-free pasta is available. Share any allergies or special diets with the events team during your consultation.

- Add a bar option. Decide between non-alcoholic beverages only, a beer and wine package, a full open bar or a sangria or mimosa bar.

How many guests can Marianna’s host?
The Banquet Center seats up to 200 guests and the Stockton Room up to 50. For larger events at another location, ask about off-premise catering.
Are tax and gratuity included in package prices?
No. Package prices are per person, and New Jersey sales tax plus a service charge are added to the final invoice. The exact terms are listed on each package page.
Can packages be customised?
Yes. Most packages let you choose from a list of hors d’oeuvres, salads, entrées, sides and desserts, and options from one package can often be swapped into another. Upgrades such as uplighting, chair covers and extra hours are available for some events.
Can I book a private room through the online reservation form?
No. The online form is for regular dining reservations of 20 guests or fewer. Private events in the Banquet Center or Stockton Room are booked by phone or email with the events team.
